What shadow evaluation means
Candidate projections can be generated, stored, and graded against completed games while the model is tested. Evaluation should preserve the original forecast, the available market at the time, the final result, and the limits of the sample. A completed automated cycle by itself does not prove that projections were produced or that the model is ready.
What must be established before release
Reliable inputs, repeatable projections, completed-game grading, clear pass rules, and an honest sample size are prerequisites for publishing basketball recommendations. No basketball record or launch date is asserted here.
